What should suppliers know beforehand?
Can another retailer present products within my exclusive category?
Only the contractually selected category partner presents products and offers in the booked exclusive range area. General editorial information and factual entries in the wider directory remain possible. The nature and scope of exclusivity are clearly defined in the contract.
How do category partners receive relevant B2B enquiries?
We receive purchasing enquiries centrally and assign them to relevant product areas. Suitable parts can be forwarded to the respective partner by agreement. For mixed enquiries, a supplier does not automatically receive details relating to other categories. Data sharing will be transparent and reviewed for privacy compliance before introduction. After initial contact, buyers and suppliers may work directly together if desired.
Can product images and offers be changed later?
Yes. Ranges, images, campaigns and copy can be changed by agreement. Scope, response times and any additional charges are set in advance.
Does a company profile include a backlink?
A profile may contain a clickable link to your company website. Paid external placements are marked appropriately for search engines, for example with rel="sponsored". Improved Google rankings are not promised.
Can every product category be advertised?
No. Products and advertising must be lawful in Germany before publication. Cannabinoids, industrial hemp, vapes and specific oils in particular require assessment of the actual offer. We may decline categories or content.
Are advertising spaces already available?
The website is developing. You may enquire without obligation; a placement or booking arises only through a specific written agreement. Reach, search rankings and enquiry volumes are not guaranteed.
